Internet Telephony Service Providers (ITSP) can provide remote monitoring, including setting of IP and Gateway addresses, Dialing plans, Phone book, Voice codec type, Gatekeeper or Peer-to-Peer mode, DHCP, H.245 features, VoIP packet prioritization, Call progress Tone setting etc.
